Educational Qualifications:  Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Engineering, preferably Computer Science, from a top tier university

Years of experience:   3+ years of experience with Java 1.6

Skills Required: 

Strong development experience with Java 1.6, Core Java Swing

Strong OO design and development skills

Exposure to Spring, Hibernate and web technologies

Good development experience with RDBMS, specially SQL, Sybase

Good knowledge of multi-threading

Willing to work on different technologies

Excellent communication skills are essential, together with ability to work in a team

Good problem solving skills

• Java (Level 3)
• RDBMS (Level 3)

 Skills Desired:

Investment Banking or Wealth Management experience is a bonus, especially around Risk management.

Exposure to Unix and pub/sub frameworks

Development experience with C#, .NET 2.0 / 3.0 / 3.5
